Can better sleep boost teen Athletes' performance?
NCT ID NCT07457476
Summary
This study aims to see if a sleep education and hygiene program can help young, high-level male soccer players get more and better sleep. Researchers will enroll 52 players aged 16-19 and randomly assign them to either receive the sleep program or be in a control group. The main goal is to measure if the program leads to a meaningful increase in nightly sleep duration for the players who receive it.
