Summary

This study is testing whether a brief sleep coaching program can help depressed teenagers who don't get enough sleep or have irregular sleep schedules. Researchers will compare a two-session program using smartphone technology against basic sleep education. The study aims to see if the program is practical and helpful for teens aged 12-18 who are depressed and have sleep problems.
