Can bedtime relaxation help teens in pain sleep better?

Summary

This study aims to understand sleep patterns in teenagers with long-lasting pain and test if a simple pre-sleep relaxation technique can improve their sleep quality and help them manage pain. Researchers will measure sleep at home using portable devices over two nights. The study is recruiting 20 teens aged 15-17 who have had pain for more than 3 months.
