Scientists probe the hidden link between your sleep and blood pressure

NCT ID NCT05656768

Summary

This study aims to understand how sleep habits and your body's natural daily rhythm affect blood pressure during the night. Researchers will observe over 1,400 people and, for a smaller group, conduct a special 30-hour test to measure their internal body clock. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve how high blood pressure is detected and understood in the future.
