VA launches new program to help veterans recover sleep and life after rehab

Summary
This study is creating and testing a new support program called I-SLEPT for Veterans returning home after rehabilitation. The program aims to help stabilize sleep patterns and increase participation in meaningful daily activities during this vulnerable recovery period. It will involve about 60 Veterans aged 50 and older from the VA Boston system to see if the program is helpful and practical.
