Summary
This study looked at whether teaching people with type 2 diabetes about good sleep habits can improve their sleep quality and blood sugar control. One hundred adults with diabetes and poor sleep took part. Half received sleep hygiene education and kept a sleep diary, while the other half got the same training three months later. After three months, the group that got the training showed better sleep quality and slightly better blood sugar levels compared to the waiting group.
