Can a simple program help city kids sleep better?
NCT ID NCT04473222
Summary
This study tested whether a brief behavioral program called 'Sleep Well!' is practical and helpful for families with young children who have sleep problems. Researchers worked with 103 parent-child pairs from urban primary care clinics to see if the program was easy for families to use and if it improved children's sleep and behavior. The goal was to make effective sleep help more accessible in everyday doctor's offices.
