Summary

This study tests a smart home system (smart speaker, lights, and Wi-Fi) that delivers AI-guided sleep therapy to young adult cancer survivors with chronic insomnia. The goal is to improve sleep quality and quality of life without needing in-person therapy. About 74 participants will use the system at home for several weeks.
