Nurse-Led sleep lessons aim to fix shift worker fatigue

NCT ID NCT07326579

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month sleep education program, led by an occupational health nurse, can improve sleep duration in healthcare workers who work 12-hour alternating day-night shifts. 160 nurses and nursing assistants will be enrolled. The program includes an initial sleep doctor consultation and monthly nurse follow-ups. Sleep is measured with a wrist actigraph over 14 days at the start and after 6 months.
