First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month sleep education program led by an occupational health nurse can help healthcare workers who work 12-hour alternating day and night shifts get more sleep. The study will include 160 nurses and nursing assistants. Researchers will measure sleep duration and quality, as well as overall health, to see if the program makes a difference.
