Sleep school for pain: can simple habits break the cycle?
NCT ID NCT07425964
Summary
This study is testing whether a four-week educational program on good sleep habits can improve sleep quality and reduce pain for adults with chronic migraine or lower back pain. Researchers will enroll 100 participants, who will learn sleep hygiene techniques and complete questionnaires and pain sensitivity tests before and after the program. The goal is to see if better sleep can help break the cycle where poor sleep worsens chronic pain.
