Summary
This study aims to understand how the amount of sleep a child gets affects their eating habits and ability to control food choices. Researchers will work with 120 children who have overweight or obesity, having them follow different sleep schedules while tracking their daily eating and brain activity. The goal is to gather information that could help design better programs to improve sleep and eating behaviors to support healthy weight.
