Summary
This study aimed to understand the connections between sleep quality, when people eat during the day, gut bacteria, and body weight. Researchers enrolled 133 adults with different body weights and sleep patterns to gather this information. They also developed and tested a simple digital tool to help people make lifestyle changes.
