New combo therapy aims to beat Cancer-Related insomnia

Summary

This study tests whether combining cognitive behavioral therapy with a stimulant, melatonin, and light therapy can improve sleep in cancer patients. About 68 adults currently on cancer treatment who have poor sleep will participate. The goal is to reduce sleep problems, fatigue, and improve overall well-being.
