NCT ID NCT06558929

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a program called the Model of Occupational Harmony (MOHar) can help people with sleep disorders sleep better and feel better. Forty adults with poor sleep will either get this program—which helps them redesign their daily routines with an occupational therapist—or standard sleep hygiene advice. The study tracks sleep quality and quality of life for six months after the program ends.
