Heart surgery patients get sleep makeover in new study

NCT ID NCT07401836

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether a sleep bundle—including a sleep mask, earplugs, and a noise machine—can help adults sleep better after heart surgery. Twenty participants will either receive the sleep bundle or standard care. The main goal is to see if the study is doable, not yet to prove the bundle works.
