Summary

This study tested whether a program to help young adults with type 1 diabetes get more and more consistent sleep could improve their blood sugar control. Researchers compared a sleep coaching program to standard diabetes education in 39 participants. The goal was to see if better sleep habits could be a new way to help manage the daily challenges of diabetes.
