Can cutting your sleep raise your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07489417
Summary
This study aims to understand how getting less sleep than usual affects a person's blood pressure. Researchers are recruiting 45 healthy adults, both normal weight and with obesity, to measure their blood pressure after periods of restricted sleep. The goal is to gather knowledge about the link between sleep and heart health, not to provide a treatment.
