Summary
This Mayo Clinic study aims to understand how common undiagnosed sleep problems are in healthy Somali American adults. Researchers will measure participants' sleep and blood pressure over 24 hours to see if poor sleep is linked to higher blood pressure. The goal is to gather knowledge about potential health risks in this community.
