NCT ID NCT07303959
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that teaches better sleep habits can help reduce suicidal thoughts in teenagers. Researchers are enrolling 80 teens, aged 14-18, who were recently hospitalized for suicide risk and also have trouble sleeping. Half will use the 'Sleepio' app for six weeks while receiving their usual care, and the other half will receive usual care alone, to see if the app makes a difference.
