Can a phone app ease your back pain by fixing your sleep?

NCT ID NCT05846087

Summary

This study tested whether a 3-week digital sleep therapy program, delivered through a mobile app called SleepFix, could help reduce how much chronic low back pain interferes with daily life. Researchers compared the app to weekly sleep education emails in 106 adults who had both back pain and insomnia. The main goal was to see if the app users had less pain interference 6 weeks after starting.
