NCT ID NCT02703220

Summary

This study is testing whether three different treatments—oxygen, finasteride, and acetazolamide—can help control sleep apnea in elderly Veterans. Researchers want to see if these options can stabilize nighttime breathing and serve as alternatives to standard mask-based therapy. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce health risks for older adults with this common sleep disorder.
