Sleep apnea patients still struggling to breathe at night despite CPAP treatment

Summary
This study aims to find out how many obese people with sleep apnea continue to have breathing problems at night while using their CPAP machines. Researchers will measure nighttime breathing in 139 patients who have been using CPAP for at least 3 months. The goal is to better understand this issue to plan future research on how it affects patients' health and quality of life.
