Sleep study tests education vs. breathing device for daytime fatigue

NCT ID NCT04279834

Summary

This study tested two different programs to help adults with mild to moderate sleep apnea who also don't get enough sleep. Researchers compared a sleep education program alone against the same education plus a breathing machine (PAP device). The goal was to see which approach better reduced daytime sleepiness and improved related health measures like blood pressure over three months.
