Hidden breathing danger persists in sleep apnea patients despite treatment

Summary
This study aims to find out how many obese people with sleep apnea continue to have poor nighttime breathing even while using their standard CPAP machine. Researchers will measure the breathing of 139 participants at a single hospital in France using a special skin sensor. The goal is to gather better information to help identify patients who might need additional care.
