Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, atomoxetine and DAW2020, can reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers will compare the effects of the drugs to a placebo during overnight sleep studies. The goal is to see if this drug combination can be a new treatment option for people with moderate-to-severe sleep apnea.
