NCT ID NCT07132307

First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests if a custom mouthpiece (mandibular advancement device) can safely and effectively treat severe sleep apnea in 30 adults who cannot use CPAP and whose nerve stimulation therapy did not work. Participants will use the mouthpiece at night and take home sleep tests to measure breathing improvements. The goal is to find a new option for people with few remaining treatments.
