Summary

This study is testing whether using a special breathing machine at night for six months can improve how the heart uses energy and how its nerves function in people who have both heart failure and sleep apnea. Researchers will use advanced heart scans to measure changes in 60 participants. The goal is to see if this treatment helps the heart work more efficiently during the day.
