Can a simple arm test reveal how sleep apnea affects your body?

NCT ID NCT07465874

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple 6-minute arm exercise test is a reliable way to measure upper body function in adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Researchers will have 80 participants with OSA perform the test and compare the results with their sleep study data and other health questionnaires. The goal is to understand if this test can be a useful tool for doctors to assess how OSA affects a person's physical abilities.
