Summary
This study looks at how treating obstructive sleep apnea with CPAP affects insulin resistance and hormone levels in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will measure changes in fat production, testosterone, and insulin secretion in 20 participants. The goal is to understand if better sleep can improve metabolic and reproductive health.
