Summary
This study looked at whether treating chronic insomnia with a 4-week behavioral program can improve thinking and memory in adults over 65. 62 older adults with insomnia completed sleep diaries and daily thinking tests before, right after, and 3 months after treatment. The goal was to see if better sleep leads to sharper thinking.
