Summary

This study looks at how sleep and emotions are linked in teenagers with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Researchers will test if improving sleep quality can help teens feel better the next day. About 180 teens aged 15-18 will take part in sleep studies, surveys, and brain scans to understand these connections.
