First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at whether improving sleep can help young adults (ages 18-26) with type 1 diabetes manage their blood sugar better. 39 participants either received coaching to sleep longer and more regularly or just standard diabetes education. The goal was to see if better sleep leads to improved glucose levels and diabetes self-care.
