Summary
This study looked at 621 adults with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) to understand how active their disease is over time. Researchers collected medical records from the past and one follow-up visit to measure disease activity using a standard scoring tool. The goal was to gather information, not to test a new treatment.
