Virus + drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat skin cancers

Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for patients with advanced skin cancers or rare lymphomas that have not responded to other therapies. First, a modified virus is injected directly into tumors to help the immune system recognize cancer. Then, an immunotherapy drug is given by IV to further boost the body's attack on cancer cells. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors better than standard treatments for these difficult conditions.
