Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if a community education session can help people learn more about skin cancer and check their skin more often. About 35 adults in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn will attend a session led by a community health worker. Researchers will use surveys to track changes in their knowledge and skin-checking habits over a full year.
