Can gratitude and mindfulness help teens after a suicide crisis?

Summary
This study tests a program called STEP that teaches teens skills like mindfulness, gratitude, and savoring positive moments to reduce suicidal thoughts and events. About 216 teens hospitalized for suicide risk will either get STEP or standard care. The goal is to see if these skills help them feel better and stay safer after leaving the hospital.
