Smart therapy for young brain tumor patients aims to boost survival and protect thinking skills

Summary
This study tests whether tailoring treatment based on the tumor's genetic makeup can improve outcomes for children under 5 with medulloblastoma. About 130 participants will receive different combinations of chemotherapy and, in some cases, radiation. The goal is to increase survival while preserving cognitive function and quality of life.
