Summary
This study tests whether customizing treatment based on the tumor's genetic makeup can help children under 5 with medulloblastoma live longer with fewer side effects. About 130 children will receive different combinations of chemotherapy and, if needed, radiation. The goal is to improve survival while preserving thinking skills and quality of life.
