Warm baths tested for Post-Surgery pain relief

Summary

This study looks at whether taking sitz baths (sitting in warm water) after surgery for pelvic organ prolapse can help reduce pain and improve recovery. About 112 women will be randomly assigned to either use sitz baths or follow standard care. The main goal is to measure pain levels one week after surgery.
