Summary
This study looks at how often you should get up and walk during long periods of sitting to help your thinking and blood sugar. Researchers will have 33 young adults who sit a lot try four different routines: sitting non-stop, walking 1 minute every 10 minutes, walking 3 minutes every 30 minutes, or walking 27 minutes total. They will test memory, attention, and glucose levels to find the best break pattern.
