First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether trained peer navigators can help African-American women who finished breast cancer treatment stick to their follow-up care plans. About 145 women will be randomly assigned to get peer support or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach improves their understanding of survivorship care and quality of life.
