First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at whether sirolimus, a drug that calms the immune system, can help people with Adult-Onset Still's disease that hasn't improved with standard treatments. Three adults with this rare inflammatory condition will take sirolimus pills for 12 weeks while doctors monitor their symptoms, like fever and joint pain, and measure inflammation in their blood. The goal is to see if sirolimus can control the disease and understand how it works.
