Immunotherapy plus chemo may open door to surgery for inoperable lung cancer

Summary
This study tests whether giving sintilimab (an immunotherapy drug) together with chemotherapy can shrink advanced stage IIIC lung cancer enough to allow surgery. About 33 adults with previously untreated, unresectable non-small cell lung cancer will receive four cycles of the combination. After treatment, doctors will check if the tumor has shrunk enough for safe removal. The main goal is to see how many patients become eligible for surgery.
