Summary

This early-stage study is testing a single, powerful dose of radiation given before surgery to women with early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to find the highest dose that is safe and effective at destroying the tumor. Researchers will carefully monitor patients for side effects and see how well the cancer responds to this one-time treatment.
