Summary

This study aims to see if practicing common, stressful labor scenarios helps reduce fear and anxiety about childbirth. First-time mothers in their third trimester will either participate in simulated experiences or receive standard care. Researchers will then compare their childbirth experiences using a detailed questionnaire after delivery.
