Summary

This study looks at whether a virtual simulation experience can help nursing students and clinical faculty recognize and address racism and hidden bias. About 450 participants will complete training, then a simulation, and answer questionnaires to measure changes in cultural humility and awareness. The goal is to see if this approach is acceptable, usable, and effective.
