Could a simple CT scan be enough to guide Life-Saving stroke treatment?

Summary
This study looks at whether a simple CT scan can be used instead of more advanced scans to decide if stroke patients should have a procedure to remove a blood clot. About 1,846 adults who had a stroke within the last 24 hours will take part. The goal is to see if the simple scan works just as well at helping patients recover.
