One-Page plan aims to boost Life-Saving cancer screening

Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, one-page planning guide helps more people complete an at-home colon cancer screening test. Researchers will give the guide to 1,600 adults aged 45-75 who are due for screening. The goal is to see if making a concrete plan makes people more likely to do the test and get it to the lab on time.
