Experimental cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is the first study in humans testing a new drug called SIM0610 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. The trial will enroll 260 adults with cancers like lung, colorectal, liver, and head/neck cancer who have tried standard treatments that didn't work. Researchers will test different doses to see if the drug is safe and if it shows any signs of shrinking tumors.
