Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug called SIM0610 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 260 people with cancers like lung, colorectal, head and neck, or liver cancer will take part. The study is in two parts: first to find a safe dose, then to see if the drug shrinks tumors.
